In many cases, predesigned floor plans work as a great starting point. However, at ADU Homes, our goal is to design and build an ADU that meets ALL of your needs. Our in-house design team can help you create a floor plan that fulfills your unique goals. Whether you want to modify an existing floor plan or start with a clean slate, give us a call, and we can schedule a consultation to provide more information about designing and building a custom ADU for you. ADU ADDITION
Another option is to create a new ADU by adding on to your existing home; these additions are often added onto pre-existing garages. ADU additions are available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations, depending on the lot size, the existing house size, and the lot configuration.
Your ADU addition would have its own entrance, kitchen, and sleeping area. We have several pre-designed ADU options that are customizable to specific lots and home conditions, saving you both time and costs.
CUSTOM GARAGE CONVERSION
If your garage is undersized or you have a unique condition, we can help evaluate design options to meet your needs. Customizable options include adding on to your existing garage to enlarge the floor area or adding a sleeping loft.
BUILD YOUR ADU DESIGN
If you are already working with an architect to design your ADU, or have your design completed, ADU Homes can build it for you. We can coordinate with your existing design team to expedite the plan check and permitting process, and even get a jump on coordination with your utility providers.
